Congratulations Victoria and Dorian.

Back at Gate Street, we prepared to play for the assembled wedding party – which had a mix, including some Israeli guests who were pushing for the odd Klezma tune… and we obliged.  We would usually only do this with a fiddle player, but they all sang along, and some folk even came up and joined on the mic.  I seem to remember the bride and groom hoisted up high whilst sitting on chairs – which makes sense!  First dance was One Day Like This, played by the band.

It was a wonderful night – a late starter, so we played right through until 11.45 (where the music ends at Gate Street).

Thanks for having us, best of luck in the future!
