Congratulation Lucy and Martijn. This was a first time for the band at Grooms. It is a marquee, with a lovely view out across the surrounding fields, and was a greta location for the wedding reception.
First dance was Here Comes The Sun (played by the band), and from then on, the crowd danced the night away – barely stopping. Come the second half, it went up a gear – a highlight where a conga developed halfway through 500 Miles. We ended on Time Of Your Life (Green Day), and the guests went away happy.
Lucy and Martijn were a lovely, and genuine couple to play for – and they looked perfect dancing away together. Thanks for looking after us – best of luck in the future!
