Congratulations Ginny and Jules. Absolutely beautiful and unique location for a wedding reception, at the family home, which is manor house in Oxfordshire. The marquee looked stunning, set in the grounds, a wall separating it from the church. We set up the PA early for speeches, which were after the drinks reception. At 6, the wedding party left marquee and the band setup and sound checked.

At 8 the guests returned, dined on the finest wedding breakfast, and then pushed on into the first dance – Pride And Joy, played by the band.

It was a great night – great crowd…. it flew past, and before we knew it, we’d hit 2am, and we played the closing songs.

On an additional note for this gig – we had two drummers!  Chris, the main man, had torn a ligament in his shoulder, so the dep drummer (Jon Baxter) stepped in.  Chris still sang, and played percussion, whilst Jon layer down the beats… and it sounded rather good, even if we do say so ourselves!

Thanks to Ginny and Jules for having us, best of luck in the future!!
