Q & AQ: The venue has a sound limiter – is this a problem?
A: No. We adjust our levels to stay within the limits. Our in-ear monitors help us play at lower volumes.

Q: How long do you play for?
A: At least 2 hours – typically 2 sets, 1 long set, or sometimes 3 x 40-minute sets.

Q: What happens during breaks?
A: We play background music during breaks and before/after the first dance, either from a playlist or mixed live.

Q: When do you arrive and finish?
A: Arrive from 6.00pm, set up by 8pm, first dance by 8.30–9pm, DJ until 12am.

Q: Will you learn our first dance?
A: Yes, with 3 months’ notice. We can also play a recorded track. Extra songs can be added via CD or iPod.

Q: What if we want earlier/later timings?
A: Fine by us, but there is an extra charge (£25 per head, per hour or part)

Q: Who provides PA, lights etc.?
A: We do – it’s all included.

Q: Do we need a DJ?
A: No – we provide DJ services before and after the set. If you want a DJ to go beyond midnight, they’ll need their own PA.

Q: How do we confirm a booking?
A: Send a 50% deposit. Balance payable via BACS one week in advance, or cash on the night.

Q: Do you have insurance and PAT testing?
A: Yes – documentation available on request.
